Social Audit of MGNREGS
WOSCA has been taking active part in Social Audit of MGNREGS to ensure transparency in the implementation of MGNREGS. During this year WOSCA has taken up two times social audit in 20 GPs of Patna block with the support of District Rural Development Agency, Keonjhar. During the audit it was found that there are many issues which need to be addressed for the smooth implementation of MGNREGS. These include issues like delay payment, Muster roll verification, verification of MB Book, assessment of quality of work, etc. The findings of the audit were shared with Block and DRDA.
